A-PAX Imaging Platform

The core of the product line: cloud-hosted PACS infrastructure providing DICOM study storage, organization-scoped routing, durable off-site replication, HIPAA audit logging, and secure web access to imaging for authorized users. Organizations administer their own users, devices, and access policies through the platform’s administrative portal.

A-PAX Gateway

An on-site Windows application that receives DICOM studies directly from imaging equipment, standardizes them for transport, and delivers them securely to the platform. The Gateway is designed for unattended operation at clinics, imaging centers, and mobile/field locations, with local hold-and-review workflows when a study needs a human decision before it is routed.

Web viewing and worklist

Authorized users access their organization’s studies through a browser-based study list and integrated web viewers — no workstation install required. Access is organization-scoped and every study view is audit-logged.

A-PAX Diagnose

A Windows desktop imaging application for radiologists and clinicians who prefer a locally installed reading environment connected to the platform.

Event Mode

A specialized workflow for multi-organization events — for example, sporting events where two teams’ medical staffs image athletes at a shared venue. Event Mode routes each study to the correct organization under signed, auditable routing rules, with on-site classification when a study’s destination needs a human answer.
